Dr. Dale is a dual, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She takes a functional and lifestyle approach to both mental and physical well-being.
Dr. Dale considers the whole person and addresses the problem at the root, rather than reflexively prescribing medication to suppress symptoms. Although medications can help, she emphasizes nutritional and lifestyle changes along with supportive therapy that often result in a more balanced pathway to health and well-being.
Dr. Dale has worked in internal medicine and understands that many patients do not fit into the traditional treatment model. She believes patients deserve to be equal partners in their care and that there is no substitute for having in-depth conversations about their concerns, challenges, and goals of treatment.
Dr. Dale graduated from Boston College where she achieved academic excellence before going on to earn her doctoral degree from Frontier Nursing University. Her studies focused on the connection between chronic pain and depression. She is a trained Reiki Master and uses her skills as an energy healer to connect with patients on a more spiritual level.
